Zoomies — Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the mobile game Zoomies ("the Game"), developed by Cocoakite ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the app store where you obtained it.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Game or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
3. Ownership
The Game, including its code, levels, artwork, sounds, name and logos, belongs to Cocoakite or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
4. Price
The Game is currently free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If this changes, we will update these terms and the store listing.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the Game handles information. In short: it does not collect personal information.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the Game at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cocoakite will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection laws in your country give you and that cannot be waived.
9. App stores
If you obtained the Game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, that store's terms also apply. The store is not responsible for the Game or its support; we are. For the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
